Starry Sky Water Sensory Bag

Over the last few weeks we have been exploring lots of different textures within Sensory Bags. Little N has really been enjoying them so today we decided to try something different - coloured water.

What we used:
- Blue food colouring
- Water
- Blue Confetti Glitter
- Sticky Glittered Foam Stars

The water was a great filler for the sensory bag. Little N placed her hands onto the bag and put pressure on one side which pushed the water under the other hand before pushing down and swishing the water back. She did this for a few minutes. The water splashed and sploshed in the bag. She picked the bag up and held it up to her ear.
"I hear the sea!" she said excitedly.

I stuck the bag onto the patio doors, the water sat at the bottom of the bag. Little N enjoyed pushing on the water and listening as the water moved around.
